Get ready for a wild ride close to home at Plumpton Park Zoo! It's not just a place to visit, it's a whole animal kingdom waiting for you to explore. And let me tell you, our journey with Plumpton Park Zoo has been nothing short of amazing! We found a love for this family friendly zoo during the hard times of Covid. When everything seemed to be on pause during Covid, Plumpton Park Zoo came up with something super cool – a drive-through experience! Can you imagine cruising through the zoo in your car, seeing all sorts of animals up close? It was like going on a safari adventure right in our own backyard!
We loved it so much that we decided to become members. Best decision ever! With our membership, we could visit the zoo as much as we wanted. It was like having a golden ticket to fun! Every time we went, there was something new to see and do. The animals were always up to something funny or cute! There are different membership options that fit all different family sizes. Members get different members only perks through the year. We loved having this membership. I highly recommend a membership here. As a family, we try to have one membership to a local adventure place each year. We find so much value in them.
Even though we're not members anymore, we still love visiting Plumpton Park Zoo. And guess what? This year, they've got two new stars – lions! Their new lion enclosure is super cool. And have you heard about the stroller cruisers? They're like magic strollers that make exploring even more fun for kids! And let's not forget about the mining experience – it's like going on a treasure hunt! Plus, there's a gift shop and a place to grab yummy snacks. Oh, and their picnic area is perfect for birthday parties!
Plumpton Park Zoo is open Sunday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and during the summer, they're open from 9am to 6pm. Admission prices are as follows: Adults $19.95, Seniors $17.95, Children (2-12) $14.95, and kids under 2 get in for free!
