The Maryland Holiday Light Spectacular will light up the Season with an ALL NEW Outdoor Holiday Light Display at the Maryland State Fairgrounds for 19 nights - December 12 – 30. This will become a beloved annual event for you and your families for years to come. The fairgrounds infield will be transformed into a dazzling wonderland, featuring an outdoor half-mile immersive walking trail adorned with over a million spectacular lights, larger-than-life holiday scenes and Maryland themed scenes, including Mistletoe Marina, Jinglebell Junction Farm and the Symphony of Illumination, plus many more. Festive music promises to enchant visitors of all ages.
Pathways will be safe and accessible, making them suitable for scooters, strollers, and wheelchairs.
The charming Holiday Village will be bustling with boutiques, shops, and rotating food trucks, offering seasonal treats and unique gifts. Little ones will have plenty to enjoy with activities like a Moon Bounce and other fun attractions, such as a Holiday Carnival with rides and activities. And, of course, no holiday celebration would be complete without a visit from Santa, who will be making nightly appearances through December 23. On select evenings, the festive atmosphere will be enhanced by special performances from ballerinas and other entertainers, adding a touch of elegance and wonder to the experience.
There are a couple of Add-On ticket features available that can add a little more excitement to the experience – an interactive wand element and the Winter Carnival area. The magical snowflake wand can be used throughout event – look for the illuminated snowflakes and with a wave of your wand and joy in your heart, your Interactive Snowflake Wand will create amazing magical experiences. The Winter Carnival will host fun rides, like a Ferris Wheel, the Magical Carousel, the Santa Train and a slide.

The Maryland Holiday Light Spectacular will run from December 12 to 30, opening nightly from 5:30 pm to 10 pm at Maryland State Fairgrounds, in Timonium. Advance tickets are strongly encouraged, as they are first come, first served, and some dates and times will sell out quickly.
